- Division 1 shall be floral
Division 2 shall be for Vegetables and Fruit
Division 3 shall be for Floral Art, Cookery and Handicraft. - Except where otherwise stated, all exhibits must have been grown by the exhibitor and under his or her cultivation for at least 4 weeks prior to any Show.
- The society will provide trays, vases, bowls, plates and dishes unless otherwise stated.
- All exhibits must be staged by 1the latest time shown on each schedule, and where possible to be correctly named, and cannot be removed until the close of the show.
- Any protest regarding exhibits must be made in writing and handed to the Show Secretary by 3.00 pm on Show Day. A decision on the protest must be made by not less than 5 members of the Committee.
- The Committee will not be responsible for loss or damage to exhibits during the Show, but every reasonable care will be taken for their safety.
- Maximum two entries per class per exhibitor, except for the Spring Challenge when only one entry may be made in each class.
- Points awards: 1st -3; 2nd - 2; 3rd - 1 unless otherwise stated.
- Cups and trophies are the property of the Society. Cup holders to return them 14 days prior to the Show. Please return them shiny and polished!
- The Show Committee have the power to make such bye-laws for the safety and fair running of a Show as they might think fit.
We usually meet at St Agatha's Hall in Hurst Green, Surrey, on the second Wednesday of the month at 8.00pm. Meetings last until about 9.45 pm.
