Summer Show 2025 (online)

We are pleased to present the online Summer Show for you all to enjoy!

A massive thanks to all those who took part - it was not easy, given the scorching weather and the thunderstorm just before the closing date.  Many of you told me that you had been waiting to take the photos, which were then ruined by the storm.  This should teach us all for next year not to delay as photos can be taken over a period, and you are not limited to "on the day" entries like a normal show.  Mind you, I can't be too critical as I saw box moth on my plants, decided to wait a day to deal with them, and 10 days later (with nothing done), the box was devastated.

Thanks again to Sylvia Pocock, our judge, who has the unenviable task of trying to place entries based only on a photograph.  Presentation of entries is important in all shows, whether in person or online, but in this case the impact of the photograph can make a difference, as Sylvia is unable to lift the entries and examine them from all angles...

Congratulations to our show winners as well - results are below.

As usual, do remember - when you get to the bottom of the page, click on the button for "Older Posts" underneath the entries to move to the next set of classes.
